Congratulations to IGP Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, on his appointment as substantive Inspector-General of Police, by the President of Ghana, in accordance with the Constitution.

Dr. George Akuffo Dampare has been acting as Inspector-General of Police since 1st August, 2021 as directed by the President, H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo until his confirmation and swearing-in on 8th October, 2021.
