German Embassy Donates Musical Instrument to Police

The German Embassy in Accra and the Goethe Institute has donated musical instruments worth 8000 Euros to the Ghana Police Central Band. The gesture, according to the Embassy, was meant to help develop the musical activities of the Band, which is an important link between the police service and the civil society.

Receiving the instrument on behalf of the Ghana Police Central Band at the Police Headquarters in Accra, the IGP Mr. David Asante-Apeatu thanked the embassy and Goethe Institute for the gesture.
