DIRECTOR-GENERAL, ADMINISTRATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Director-General, Administration shall report to the IGP on the day to day administration of the Service including the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Notify the appropriate body\/authority on promotion of officers when due;<\/li>\n
  2. Ensure the implementation of policies and directives of the IGP;<\/li>\n
  3. Administer and coordinate activities of all Regional Commanders;<\/li>\n
  4. Provide effective link between the IGP and the Regional Commanders;<\/li>\n
  5. Ensure the existence of a good secretariat where records, files and documents are worked on with minimum delay;<\/li>\n
  6. Liaise with other Schedule Officers for effective coordination and free flow of information;<\/li>\n
  7. Recommend the formation of a committee to review and update conditions of service periodically;<\/li>\n
  8. Undertake any other task as assigned by the IGP.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
